A little about me: I am a native Pennsylvania girl, born and raised on a 57-acre farm in small town called Chicora. Now currently residing in the rurals of Butler with my husband of 17+ years, our three beautiful children who keep us both on our toes at all times, and our furry-faced girl.
My love for photography started many years ago when, as a young girl, my mom bought me my first camera - a Kodak Disc camera. (Yeah, I know). :) My first job was at a photography studio where I learned how to develop black and white film and the ins and outs of studio photography. Fast forward many years - husband, kids, a "real" job, and photography got placed on the back burner.
After leaving my job after the birth of our third child, I began to rekindle my interest in photography and have since become an official "photographer" after years of learning and practice and more learning.
Technology has evolved greatly since then and I now shoot with a Nikon D610.
I find great enjoyment in capturing the memories that we all cherish. Whether a wedding, a family session, a high school senior, or a newborn, I take the utmost care to provide my clients with an experience they will remember.
When I'm not behind the camera (or the computer screen editing), you will find me running, walking our dog, biking with my husband, knitting, or playing or watching movies with my crazy kids. I also help out with Children's Ministries at our church and am active with the PTO of my boys' school. If time permits after all of that, you will find me engrossed in a book as I love to read.
